Isaiah 55:2Let’s Go…Items Needed to get started:Weight (scale); BP cuff; Journal and pen; nut milk bag; blender; citrus juicer;Food Needed for right now:Lemons, filtered water, Green veggies-kale, collards, chard, spinach, green apple; Aloe plant.Starting Daily Schedule6:00 or 8:00 am (or the calculated time you prefer-lets talk about it)        •       Check weight and BP (write data and information in your journal.        •       Drink lemon water (2-4 cups)6:30 or 8:30        •       Drink Green juice (1 cup)        •       take vitamin D if necessary (your Dr. will let you know if you are deficient)6:45 or 8:45        •       Aloe (peel 1-inch and eat it) keep unpeeled aloe in a bowl in freshwater (change the water every day- water will turn yellow) (Zoom or web page visual instructions to come.)7:00 or 9:00        •       Breakfast (Try to eat a plant-based breakfast of your choice for now. ALLERGIES OR SINUSITIS....   (←click title to view article)

That is the question. According to the website I checked out this morning...A cold can cause sinusitis and allergies can cause sinusitis...Mucus pooling in the nasal passages. WOW

My Health Tips for the Day...

To alleviate some of these problems, consider the following:

-having your whole family tested for allergies. Or have your children tested and eat what they eat.
-If allergies are environmental.... Get checked by your doctor. Research alternatives like bee pollen. Look into simple ways to detox.
-Have good nasal rinses available... Saline sprays are good for kids... often when they have the stuffy nose they will spray themselves; Neti Pots are great for adults. Research it and learn more about them. Let me know how it works.
-Of course we know about the Eight Laws of Health; Godly Trust, Being Temperate in all things, Nutrition, Exercise, Rest, and plenty Water play a big part in helping us to stay healthy.
-We under estimate the power of Air and Sunshine. Get some natural vitamin D from the sun.
-Good Herbal Giants for this season... Research....Consult an alternative doctor or a doctor that's familiar with herbs.
Echinacea, Elderberry, Chamomile, Ginger, and Peppermint... I personally like Golden-seal... but you must do your own research with this one...
